Support Analyst

About the role

Klipboard is seeking a Support Analyst to join its global help‑desk team. You will provide first‑line, business‑to‑business software application support for Klipboard Rental products, databases, reporting tools and Windows environments while working in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑class service to customers by answering queries and troubleshooting issues quickly.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email and chat, keeping them updated on progress.
• Maintain detailed case notes, set realistic expectations and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide regular updates, documentation and training where required.
• Identify solutions and preventative measures to improve the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Experience in first‑line, B2B software support.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model (office and home) and occasional travel to customer sites.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies is a plus.
