Sustainability & Compliance Internship (non‑thesis)

About the role

Join Philips’ Non‑Financial Reporting team as a Sustainability and Compliance Intern. You will support ESG and CSRD reporting for the Annual Report, coordinating data collection, drafting content, and improving reporting tools. This is a non‑thesis, 6‑month internship based in Amsterdam or Eindhoven.

Key responsibilities

• Track ESG and CSRD reporting timelines, deliverables and milestones.
• Collect, organise and verify sustainability data for accurate reporting.
• Assist in drafting and checking Annual Report content and disclosures.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather inputs and follow up on actions.
• Maintain trackers and documentation, proposing smarter reporting processes.

Required profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Master in Business, Economics, Sustainability, HR, Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong interest in ESG, sustainability or corporate reporting.
• Highly detail‑oriented and comfortable working with data.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Proactive, eager to learn and able to work in a dynamic, international environment.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.

• Monthly allowance of €500‑€700 gross (pro‑rated for part‑time).
