Team Lead Service

About the role

Alewijnse is looking for a Team Lead Service in Nijmegen for a full-time position. You will manage, develop and support the daily work of an international service team, acting as the link between the Service Manager, Service Coordinators and Service Engineers, including colleagues at international locations. The role involves regular travel between Nijmegen and Oss, and visits to La Ciotat and Vilanova several times a year.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate the team's activities and monitor planning, quality and capacity
• Ensure team members have the right resources, knowledge and support
• Lead in a coaching way and promote personal and professional development
• Work with service coordinators so that service activities and projects run efficiently and within agreements, specifications and target margins
• Act as main contact for progress, content and quality internally and with clients
• Contribute to contract development and the successful execution of assignments with healthy margins
• Help develop the department's operational strategy and support process improvements and policy implementation
• Monitor quality, progress and continuity of operations
• Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, working with Engineering, Installation, HR and Controlling

Required profile

• HBO level of thinking and working, or MBO+ with extensive experience in a similar leadership role in a technical environment
• Several years of experience in a technical or project-driven environment
• Coaching leadership style, clear and structured, with strong communication skills
• Results-oriented mindset and organizational awareness
