Teamlead Temperature Control – Service & Repair

About the role

Aggreko is seeking an experienced Service & Repair Temperature Control Technician with the potential to progress to Team Lead within 12 months. Based at the Moerdijk depot, you will restore returned fleet units to rental condition, ensuring they meet Aggreko standards and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, parts lists and action plans for incoming fleet units.
• Carry out maintenance and repair work in line with company guidelines and under the supervision of the team lead.
• Test, diagnose and resolve faults, customizing equipment as needed.
• Document external condition of repaired sets and ensure they are ready for immediate rental.
• Maintain accurate timesheets, allocate parts to service orders and complete related administrative tasks.
• Share expertise with S&R TC colleagues across Europe to improve overall performance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with temperature‑control (TC) fleet and related products.
• Relevant certifications for working on TC equipment, including F‑gas certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to safe working practices and compliance with regulations.
• Residence near the Moerdijk depot and no need for visa sponsorship.
• Advanced Dutch language skills and business‑level English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe.
