Training and Consultancy Coordinator (Netherlands)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and enterprising Training and Consultancy Coordinator to join our ambitious team in the Netherlands. You will receive full training to become confident in event coordination while also having the opportunity to grow into a business development role.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify learning objectives and match them to NobleProg courses and services.
• Coordinate training events, handling logistics, delivery and post‑event activities to ensure high standards.
• Identify and pursue new customers and partnerships in the Netherlands to expand market presence.
• Organise and administer training events primarily in the Netherlands and support events in other regions.
• Manage inquiries and bookings, ensuring accurate client requirements are captured.
• Support business development by building a portfolio, upselling training, consultancy and managed training offerings.
• Help create sales and marketing collateral, develop and execute a sales/marketing plan with realistic targets.
• Support recruitment of new trainers and consultants.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Dutch.
• Results‑oriented, self‑motivated and enterprising mindset.
• Confidence to identify and pursue business opportunities.
• Technical experience in the IT area is welcome.
