Transformation Programs Internship – Personal Health ISC (Master, non‑thesis)

About the role

Join Philips’ Personal Health ISC team in Amsterdam as a Master‑level intern focused on transformation programmes. You will support program leaders in coordinating activities, tracking progress and preparing documentation over a six‑month period.

Key responsibilities

• Assist program leaders with coordination of project activities and monitoring leading and lagging KPIs.
• Prepare and update project documentation, reports and presentations.
• Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops and other project‑related events.
• Contribute to process‑improvement strategies and their implementation.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision‑making and strategy development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information for project planning.
• Support the use and management of project‑management tools and software.
• Provide general administrative support to program leaders as needed.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Master’s programme in Supply Chain, Data Science, International Business or a related field.
• Experience in stakeholder management and strong interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and structured approach to work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

What we offer

• Monthly allowance of €500‑€700 gross, pro‑rated for part‑time internships.
• Housing compensation of €300 net (Amsterdam vicinity) or €255 net for other locations, subject to eligibility.
• Travel compensation up to €192 net, depending on location and public‑transport eligibility.
• Paid holidays for the duration of the internship.
