Videographer & Video Editor

About the role

We are looking for a creative Videographer & Video Editor to turn ideas into visual stories for our B2B clients. You will work on a variety of projects, from start‑ups to fast‑growing scale‑ups, helping us make B2B marketing more impactful.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and edit high‑quality video content that brings client brands to life across digital channels.
• Manage projects independently from brief through filming and post‑production while meeting deadlines.
• Conduct solo client shoots, set up equipment, and capture footage on location.
• Collaborate with creatives, marketers and account managers to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in video production, preferably in an agency or marketing team, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch and currently based in the Netherlands.
• Ability to give and receive feedback constructively and thrive in a fast‑evolving environment.
• Curiosity for new tools, AI automation and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro.
• After Effects and DaVinci Resolve (or similar) for motion integration and colour correction.
• DSLR or mirrorless cameras, basic lighting setups and audio gear.
• Solid knowledge of video shooting techniques and post‑production workflows.
