Visual Merchandiser (Part‑time)

About the role

The Visual Merchandiser will support Levi Strauss & Co. stores in Amsterdam by ensuring the brand’s visual standards are consistently applied and that product displays drive sales. This part‑time position combines creative display planning with hands‑on execution and store associate training.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Levi’s brand image by following visual merchandising guidelines and updating floor displays.
• Achieve store sales targets through effective product placement, tagging, and presentation.
• Train and coach store associates on visual standards and best practices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a compelling shopping experience.
• Provide regular feedback to Head Office using VMR checklists and photographic reports.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with its values.
• Relevant experience in visual merchandising within retail.
• Ability to interpret and apply visual guidelines and sales reports.
• Creativity, awareness of current fashion trends, and strong time‑management skills.
• Proactive in suggesting commercial visual ideas that improve results.
