Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Proven experience as a waiter/ess in a high‑end or fine‑dining Italian restaurant, or strong motivation to learn and develop.
• In‑depth knowledge of Italian cuisine and ingredients.
• Strong team‑building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, demanding environment, multitask and meet expectations without compromising quality.
