Warehouse Team Lead – Logistics Supervisor

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to manage daily operations at its Distribution Center in Herten, Netherlands. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant movement of products while fostering a safe, high‑performing team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment and inventory control activities.
• Monitor workflows and resource allocation to meet productivity and service targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock investigations and control procedures.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization for operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse associates, organize daily tasks and monitor performance.
• Support onboarding, training and performance‑management processes.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, quality standards and health & safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or distribution center operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
