Working Student – Corporate Tax Transfer Pricing

About the role

As a Working Student in PwC’s Transfer Pricing team, you will support international clients with tax advice that aligns with their business models. You will work on real projects across Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Eindhoven, gaining exposure to multinational corporations and tax authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing transfer pricing documentation and analyses for client restructurings and IP transfers.
• Support audits and interactions with tax authorities and auditors.
• Conduct interviews with clients to gather business, operational and organisational information.
• Draft memos and reports that summarise transfer pricing methods and findings.
• Participate in digitalisation initiatives and use technology to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Master’s student in Tax, Finance, Economics, Law or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with strong curiosity and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.

Required skills

• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
• Good understanding of corporate tax concepts and transfer pricing principles.
