3PL Operations Manager – Transport & Warehouse

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on 3PL Operations Manager to drive the performance of our transport and warehouse partners across export, import, and domestic operations. In this role you will ensure smooth daily execution, strong KPI performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in a complex, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly performance reviews with main 3PLs covering safety, quality, KPIs and financials.
• Drive improvements in key transport KPIs and address operational issues urgently.
• Serve as the main operational contact for Prague breweries, domestic teams and distribution centres.
• Manage asset and inventory processes, including counts, stock accuracy and materials such as pallets, thermal blankets and dunnage.
• Oversee warehouse utilisation, stock projections and reverse logistics of empties.
• Own operational escalations for shuttling operations, deliveries and container flows.
• Validate 3PL, transport, warehouse and D&D invoices and manage a USD 10–15 M budget.
• Initiate and implement improvement projects (WPS, layout optimisation, repack setup, CO₂ reduction).
• Act as SPOC for 3PLEX, DPO and LCP audits.
• Build operational and tactical capacity plans based on volume forecasts.
• Lead and support onboarding and optimisation of new 3PL setups.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) with roughly 3 years of logistics or international supply‑chain experience.
• Strong understanding of transport, warehouse, repacking and international flows.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, service orientation and ability to navigate complexity.
• Fluent English; Dutch preferred.
