About the role
Codekeeper is looking for a tech‑savvy Account Executive to drive inbound sales of its SaaS source‑code escrow platform. You will work remotely, engaging with prospects and customers to showcase the value of the solution and help them mitigate third‑party risks.
Key responsibilities
- Advise customers on suitable solutions and build strong relationships through excellent service.
- Prepare and manage email sequences, responding promptly and professionally.
- Identify and follow up on new inbound leads via email or phone.
- Run A/B tests on outreach approaches to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct online demos to highlight product benefits and features.
- Create, negotiate and close offers with potential customers.
- Upsell existing accounts by identifying additional value.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting targets.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem‑solving ability to address customer pain points.
- Effective time‑management and ability to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude, team player and adaptable to a fast‑changing environment.
