Account Executive – Netherlands

About the role

Puzzel, an AI-native customer experience platform built in Norway and trusted across Europe, is looking for an Account Executive for its Dutch entity, based in the Amsterdam/Utrecht/Hague/Haarlem area. The role is remote-first, with flexible hybrid working and access to office spaces two days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture customer relationships and create business opportunities from scratch, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Lead activities that drive growth and profitability in the portfolio, including demos and presentations.
• Own performance and budget for your own portfolio.
• Work under pressure and to deadlines, with autonomy and confidence to sell into a new market.
• Use systems and automated sequences to minimise manual work, following best practice for RevOps (Salesforce and Outreach).

Required profile

• Dutch native-level speaker with strong English.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a full sales cycle, from prospect to close.
• SaaS, CX or other solution-based sales experience; recent SDR/BDR experience and willingness to generate your own pipeline are a must.
• Proactive, hunter mentality and comfort with structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC and/or Challenger preferred).
• Autonomy and confidence to sell into a new market.
• Existing eligibility to work in the country of application; sponsorship is not offered.

Required skills

• Understanding of cloud-based services.
• Sales pipelining and structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC preferred).
• Nice to have: international exposure, additional languages, CCaaS or competitor industry experience.
