Agri Account Manager – Sales & Client Relations

About the role

We are looking for an Agri Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key agrifood clients in Pernis. The role combines account management, sales development and coordination of inspection and logistics services for the Agri Commodities division.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of agrifood clients, act as primary contact and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals, tenders and contracts.
• Support the Business Unit Manager by providing market insights, preparing quotations and coordinating inspection and logistics nominations.
• Collaborate with back‑office teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and compliance with Gafta and Fosfa standards.
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records and deliver regular forecasts to management.

Required profile

• Relationship‑oriented, results‑driven and commercially minded with strong communication skills.
• Analytical yet practical, adaptable, resilient and able to work in a fast‑paced 24/7 agrifood market.
• Credible, trustworthy and able to influence stakeholders across the supply chain.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.

Required skills
