AI Engineer

About the role

As an AI Engineer at OWOW you will bridge business challenges and technical solutions, designing and delivering AI‑powered products that create real value for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to identify AI opportunities and define solution requirements.
• Design architecture, build integrations, deploy AI agents or knowledge assistants, and iterate based on feedback.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery from discovery through launch and optimisation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of building AI‑enabled products.
• Based in the Netherlands, able to work hybrid from Eindhoven.
• Fluent in English or Dutch.

Required skills

• TypeScript & Node.js (NestJS)
• Python
• PostgreSQL & pgvector
• LLM APIs, AWS & Bedrock
• Docker & CI/CD
• REST APIs
• Experience with Mastra, LangGraph or similar agent frameworks (nice to have)
• Knowledge Graphs (nice to have)
