AI Solutions Consultant

About the role

OWOW is scaling its discovery practice into a productized service that helps ambitious SMEs turn AI ideas into funded initiatives. As an AI Solutions Consultant you will own the end‑to‑end discovery process, from the first client contact to the final go/no‑go presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client discovery engagements end‑to‑end, facilitating deep‑dive workshops with operational, middle‑management and C‑level stakeholders.
• Map existing processes, systems and data flows across ERP, legacy tools and informal workarounds to identify high‑impact AI and automation opportunities.
• Build phased road‑maps and business cases, including ROI, break‑even analysis, pricing and follow‑on proposals.
• Present discovery outputs to senior client stakeholders and secure follow‑on engagements.
• Use AI tooling (Fireflies, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate analysis, prototype solutions and generate documentation.

Required profile

• Own the full discovery lifecycle without needing weekly oversight.
• Listen first, structure later, and stay calm when sessions become messy.
• Communicate confidently with both operational teams and C‑level audiences.
• Think commercially without acting like a salesperson, knowing when to push back or let go of a deal.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern AI tooling: large language models, prompt design, transcript analysis and AI‑assisted document generation.
• Process and data modeling skills (flowcharts, system mapping, integration touchpoints).
• Comfortable navigating ERP and legacy system landscapes.
• Familiarity with tools such as Fireflies, Claude and Gemini.
