Analog / RF & mmWave Principal Test Engineer

About the role

Join NXP’s Automotive Radar team to develop industrial test solutions for mass‑production of cutting‑edge analog, RF and mmWave products. You will work from specification through design, ensuring high performance, quality and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement hardware and software test solutions for new automotive radar products.
• Develop test strategies, programs and ATE hardware, and prepare test setups for product qualification and mass‑production release.
• Collaborate with design, quality and global partners to define Design‑for‑Test features and manage risks.

Required profile

• More than 10 years of experience in analog, RF/mmWave test development using ATE systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple regions (US, Europe, Asia).
• Proven leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• ATE systems (Advantest, Smartest8 preferred).
• Analog, RF/mmWave PCB design and load‑board development.
• Measurement techniques, design for testability, and quality screening.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
