Analyst – Transaction Services & Restructuring

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Transaction Services & Restructuring team in Amsterdam as an Analyst. You will plan, execute and deliver projects for leading private equity and corporate clients, working in diverse teams with full exposure to all transaction stages.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver Transaction Services and Restructuring projects.
• Conduct analyses across all stages of the transaction.
• Ensure timely execution of assignments to a high standard.
• Participate in day‑to‑day training and acquire technical knowledge to work autonomously.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration or business economics.
• Previous internships or work experience in corporate finance (audit, M&A, banking) is a plus.
• Strong financial analytical abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for challenging projects.
• Ability to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is a strong asset.
• Eagerness to work on cross‑border assignments.
• Eligibility to work in the EU.
