Asset Manager – Dutch Speaking

About the role

At Ampowr, the Asset Management team bridges installed‑base assets and customers. As the Asset Manager you become the owner of each asset once a project is commissioned, overseeing its performance, compliance and commercial success throughout its lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for installed‑base customers, managing operational escalations, SLAs and contract renewals while monitoring performance against KPIs.
• Coordinate field service deployments, lead root‑cause analyses and oversee maintenance, upgrades and end‑of‑life decommissioning of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks, ensuring strict regulatory compliance across the portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement of asset‑management processes, reporting dashboards and organisational scaling.

Required profile

• HBO/WO degree in Energy Systems or Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in technical asset management or operations, preferably in BESS, renewables or critical infrastructure.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
