We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor to join our tight‑knit hotel housekeeping team in Amsterdam. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment and enjoy supporting a small crew that keeps the hotel running smoothly, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Housekeeping Supervisor in daily operations and team coordination.
• Supervise an international housekeeping team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Place orders for supplies and manage inventory.
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar housekeeping supervisory role.
• Fluent in both English and Dutch.
• Willingness to work mornings, weekends and a flexible but set schedule.
• Residence in or near Amsterdam.
