About the role

Join PwC as an Associate in Accounting, Reporting & Compliance, supporting clients across the Netherlands in managing complex regulatory requirements and leveraging technology to improve financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on designing internal financial processes that meet stakeholder information needs and evolving legislation.
• Support the optimisation and automation of financial and administrative workflows.
• Utilise data‑extraction tools and dashboarding techniques to enhance internal and external reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of statutory annual accounts, publication documents, and tax returns during the early years of the role.

Required profile

• Completed HBO or WO education in Finance & Control, Business Economics, Accountancy or a related field.
• Strong numerical aptitude, analytical thinking and the ability to quickly connect concepts.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
