Associate Supervisor, Value-Added Services

About the role

Join Stryker’s Global Logistics team in Venlo as an Associate Supervisor for Value‑Added Services. You will lead daily VAS operations, drive performance improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in a fast‑growing, regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily VAS operations, managing staffing, training, workflow coordination and performance targets.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, compliance and on‑time delivery.
• Maintain health‑safety, regulatory and hazardous‑materials compliance while fostering an inclusive workplace.
• Coach and develop team members through training, performance support and development planning.
• Analyse operational data and implement continuous‑improvement projects to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, SOP reviews and corrective‑action activities.
• Collaborate with Quality, Planning, Engineering, Customer Service and other functions to support new products and process improvements.

Required profile

• MBO or HBO degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years warehousing/operations experience or 3 years in a team‑leadership role.
• Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., ISO 13485) and with health‑safety, regulatory and hazardous‑materials compliance.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Oracle.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI monitoring and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
