Away From Home Growth Manager

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for an Away From Home Growth Manager in Amsterdam. The role combines long-term strategy (3-5 years out) with strong execution, influencing, leading and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. It covers end-to-end innovation delivery from insight to launch, and supports the Away From Home Lead on general team activities.

Key responsibilities

• Define pack strategy, project-level strategy and project presentation for sign-off to the EPDM Leadership Team, presenting holistic portfolio decisions cross-functionally
• Own end-to-end innovation delivery from insight to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams
• Synthesize consumer, customer and category insights into compelling pack strategy
• Develop and maintain innovation toolkits, templates and playbooks to speed up market roll-out
• Monitor project KPIs, budgets and risks, align cross-functional teams and escalate issues with clear mitigation plans
• Prepare business cases, slide decks and stakeholder communications for timely decisions

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in marketing and portfolio and innovation management
• Proven track record of leading projects from strategy and ideation to successful in-market delivery, ideally across market and central teams
• EU working permit required (Orientation Year Visa not included)
