B2B Strategy & Digital Commerce Manager

About the role

Metyis is seeking an experienced B2B Strategy & Digital Commerce Manager to join its eB2B team in Amsterdam. You will work at the intersection of consulting, digital commerce and business building, helping clients design, launch and scale digital B2B businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end eB2B engagements, structuring work, managing teams and driving client discussions.
• Define eB2B strategy by assessing markets, customers and competitors, and outlining growth opportunities, value propositions and roadmaps.
• Shape commercial models including segmentation, pricing, sales, marketing, CRM, acquisition and retention approaches.
• Build business cases with revenue, margin, investment and profitability scenarios and set performance KPIs.
• Design operating models, organization structures, processes and governance for launch and scale.
• Support clients post‑strategy to establish commercial rhythms, track performance and continuously improve the business.
• Manage multidisciplinary consulting teams and cultivate trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Contribute to practice growth through propositions, business development and eB2B offering development.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting or digital commerce.
• Proven ability to lead complex client engagements and deliver high‑impact results.
• Strong analytical mindset with capability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
