Brand Representative - Entre Deux, Hollister

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a Brand Representative for its Hollister store in Maastricht. Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically and helping create a welcoming environment for everyone.

Key responsibilities

• Customer experience: welcome and attend to every customer, anticipate needs, start conversations naturally and give product support and styling advice across categories.
• Sales floor maintenance: help with product replenishment and keep the store clean, organised and visually consistent, including folding, hanging and sizing.
• Cash wrap operations: process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently while keeping the checkout friendly.
• Online orders: support Save the Sale orders, In-Store Pick-Up and ship-from-store orders so customers get a seamless omni-channel experience.

Required profile

• Fluent English; Dutch is optional but appreciated.
• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, balancing customer engagement with operational tasks.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and committed to consistent attendance.

The starting rate is 5.17 EUR per hour. Any job offer may be subject to work visa formalities, and the company may ask which documents are needed. The contract is definite, with an indefinite option on the fourth renewal.
