Key responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s product portfolio and services.
• Prospect and engage potential customers via phone, email and social channels to arrange meetings, webinars and demos.
• Research accounts, identify key influencers and build strong relationships.
• Support customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Shadow senior colleagues to learn the full 360‑degree sales process.

Required profile

• University degree (any discipline).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self‑starter with a strong desire to succeed.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Team player who can also work independently.
