Business Development Representative

About the role

Kaizo is looking for an energetic Business Development Representative to open doors with support leaders who haven’t yet heard of our AI‑native quality assurance platform. This entry‑level, full‑time role focuses on generating qualified conversations that feed our Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prospect support, operations, and QA leaders at companies using Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud across e‑commerce, fintech, gaming, SaaS, and BPO sectors.
• Execute multichannel outbound outreach—including cold calls, personalised email sequences, and LinkedIn messages—on a daily basis.
• Build and enrich target account lists using Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Qualify inbound interest from demos, support tickets, and website visits, responding promptly.
• Schedule and prepare qualified meetings for Account Executives and track the deals post‑handoff to learn the full sales cycle.

Required profile

• Comfortable making cold calls and engaging busy Head of Support professionals.
• Resilient to rejection and motivated by the next meaningful conversation.
• Curious, quick to apply feedback, and eager to learn B2B sales from high‑performing teams.
• Entry‑level (junior) with a strong desire to grow into an Account Executive role.
