Camunda Developer – Process Migration (Remote/Hybrid)

About the role
Next Ventures is seeking a Camunda Developer to join a process migration project for a public‑sector client in The Hague. The position is primarily remote, with occasional onsite meetings (2‑3 days per quarter) to collaborate with the local team.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse existing STP/BPM processes and design modern, scalable Camunda 8 workflows.
- Develop and integrate APIs with databases and MQ systems.
- Build and maintain enterprise‑grade Java applications.
- Ensure high code quality through automated testing.
- Participate in Agile (Scrum/SAFe) teams and support CI/CD pipelines.
Required profile
- Proven experience with Camunda 8 and strong Java development skills.
- Familiarity with container platforms such as OpenShift and application servers like Liberty.
- Experience working in Agile environments and delivering CI/CD solutions.
