Change Manager – Netherlands

About the role

As a Change Manager at SD Worx Netherlands, you will own change and benefits realization across strategic initiatives. You will ensure that each initiative delivers its promised value by managing change, tracking benefits, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change activities across multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain capability to track benefits from business case to realization.
• Validate post‑delivery assumptions and assess whether expected outcomes were achieved.
• Translate lessons learned into improvement actions for future projects.
• Facilitate adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working throughout the organization.
