Client Operations Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Client Operations Manager to join our growing Client Operations team. In this role, you’ll be a key operational partner to our Enterprise clients, ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly and that our Client Success Managers have the tools, data, and processes they need.

Key responsibilities

• Keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly for Enterprise clients, tracking workflows, timelines and deliverables.
• Design, roll out and improve enterprise workflows, writing clear SOPs and supporting teams during adoption.
• Maintain accurate CS data, manage dashboards, and update tools, playbooks and automation features as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• 3–4 years of experience in operations and project management.
• Proven experience designing and implementing successful workflows from scratch.
• Strong analytical, organisational and detail‑orientation skills.
• Comfortable managing priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Enjoys fast‑paced, changing environments and a process‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in marketing, SaaS or agency environments is a plus.
• Regular user of AI tools and eager to experiment with workflow optimisation.
