Client Value Partner - Digital Technology

About the role

Celonis is looking for a Client Value Partner to lead data‑driven business transformation for strategic customers in the Digital Technology sector. You will act as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives, guiding them on how to leverage Celonis’ AI‑powered platform to achieve measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive relationships, embedding Celonis into customers’ strategic objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (service, product, engineering) to deliver end‑to‑end value journeys.
• Define program roadmaps, value plans and adoption targets with senior stakeholders.
• Resolve escalations by orchestrating internal resources efficiently.
• Organise customer advisory boards and act as the voice of the customer within Celonis.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a high‑performing value‑engineering culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of customer success, strategy consulting or related experience in digital technology.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale transformation and process re‑engineering programs.
• Experience with AI‑based transformation initiatives is a strong plus.
• Deep expertise in change management and influencing senior executives.
• Strong project‑management and communication skills.
