About the role

This Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme is designed for recent graduates who are fluent in Dutch and eager to launch a career in a fast‑growing tech‑focused business. You will receive a solid foundation in the company’s commercial offering while working across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the business’s products and services to engage prospects confidently.
• Contact inbound prospects, build relationships and manage a personal sales territory.
• Visit client and prospect sites regularly, negotiate and close contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Act as the central liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.
• Support existing customers with contractual changes and maintain strong post‑sale relationships.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, staying composed under pressure.
• Proven adaptability and a keen willingness to learn new concepts quickly.
