Commercial Solutions Engineer – Nordics

About the role

Dash0 is looking for a Commercial Solutions Engineer to serve the Nordics market. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, bridging product capabilities with customer outcomes and helping prospects experience the value of our observability platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud‑native technologies.
• Translate complex customer requirements into scalable, maintainable Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and execute Proofs of Concept that showcase Dash0’s differentiated technical capabilities.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations tailored to engineering and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to position Dash0 as the preferred solution.
• Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.
• Provide architecture guidance and best practices for telemetry data modeling and OpenTelemetry collector design.
• Partner with Product Management to feed technical insights into the product roadmap.

Required profile

• Deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and observability pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform‑engineering practices.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex observability concepts to both engineers and decision‑makers.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
