Compliance Officer

About the role

As a Compliance Officer you will be the gatekeeper of Leaseweb’s brand, ensuring trust and safety across our global network. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to verify customers, manage abuse reports, and handle law‑enforcement requests.

Key responsibilities

• Independently verify customer orders and conduct KYC checks.
• Handle and process incoming abuse tickets (email and phone) covering spam, phishing, and other illegal content.
• Process law‑enforcement and blacklisting requests in a timely manner.
• Advise customers and colleagues on compliance, abuse, and verification matters.
• Promote Leaseweb operational policies and encourage appropriate actions from stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, partners, and law‑enforcement agencies.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
