Consultant – Digital Transactions

About the role

Join INNOPAY, the digital transactions consultancy within Oliver Wyman, to work on innovative projects shaping the future of payments, digital identity and data sharing. You will be part of a hybrid team based in Amsterdam, advising international clients on strategic digital transformation topics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outside‑in and inside‑out analyses and interview clients or specialists.
• Support project teams of 2‑5 colleagues in delivering strategic advice, roadmaps and specifications.
• Help write client proposals and develop new service propositions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (second degree a plus); up to 3 years of experience, preferably in management consulting.
• Strong academic record with international exchange, internships or extracurricular activities.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills; fluent in English (Dutch or German a plus).
• Team player with leadership potential.

• Interest in digital innovation, payments, digital identity, open banking, blockchain, AI.
