Cost Manager

About the role

RLB is seeking a Cost Manager to join its Amsterdam team, working on hospitality projects and a range of other sectors as the business expands across Europe. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to contribute to value‑for‑money delivery on ambitious built‑environment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support business objectives by delivering value for money and ensuring commercial and contractual performance of projects.
• Carry out cost planning, estimating, post‑contract and procurement duties in line with established processes.
• Comply with environmental, health, safety, security and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and develop client accounts.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• Experience in quantity surveying/cost management within the hospitality sector, preferably in consultancy, contractor, developer or client‑side roles.
• Proven technical and project delivery experience with a track record of meeting deadlines.
