Customer Analytics Internship

About the role

Bynder is seeking a Customer Analytics Intern to join the Customer Insights team within the Revenue Operations department. You will work closely with the Customer Insights Lead on real analyses that shape leadership’s understanding of customer behavior, product adoption, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Validate, clean, and structure data from Salesforce, the Bynder platform, and other sources.
• Support ad‑hoc analyses for Sales, Customer Success and other teams, surfacing usage and commercial trends.
• Help identify customer health signals and usage patterns that indicate risk or opportunity.
• Maintain and improve core dashboards for on‑demand stakeholder access.
• Document metric definitions to improve data consistency and transparency.
• Assist in preparing the Quarterly Insights Review with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Proactively flag data‑quality issues and suggest metric tracking improvements.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Dutch university for the full internship duration and based in the Netherlands.
• Available for a 6‑month full‑time internship starting October 2026.
• Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with data.
• Fluent written and spoken English with good communication abilities.
