Customer Success Manager – Strategic Accounts

About the role

ThreatFabric is looking for a senior Customer Success Manager to own and grow relationships with its most strategic financial institution customers. Based in Amsterdam, you will work in a hybrid setting, partnering with sales, product, data science and solution engineering to ensure clients achieve measurable fraud‑loss reduction.

Key responsibilities

• Own the relationship, retention strategy and growth plan for a portfolio of strategic banking and payment‑company accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor on fraud prevention.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans with clear objectives, actions and success metrics.
• Proactively monitor renewals, identify risks and coordinate retention plans with the Sales team.
• Identify, qualify and develop expansion opportunities across products, use cases, regions and business lines.
• Collaborate with Sales during renewal and expansion processes, while Sales handles pricing and contract negotiations.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience managing strategic accounts in the financial services sector.
• Proven track record of driving customer retention and revenue growth.
• Strong ability to communicate complex fraud‑prevention concepts to executive audiences.
• Excellent relationship‑building and advisory skills.
