Datacenter L2 IT Technician – Advanced IT Support

About the role

We are looking for a Datacenter L2 IT Technician to troubleshoot and resolve advanced hardware issues in our AI‑focused cloud infrastructure. The role is full‑time, day‑shift, and sits at the intersection of hardware, software and operational domains.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex server hardware problems, performing advanced level troubleshooting.
• Manage hardware problem tickets, develop workarounds and implement solutions.
• Handle L1/L2 support tasks through the ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
• Update and create processes and documentation for the IT hardware team.
• Collaborate with L3 technicians to improve SLA performance and conduct complex diagnostics.
• Enhance support processes, documentation and training materials.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and support tasks.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of datacenters and server equipment.
• Advanced expertise in IT hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux operating systems and command‑line tools.
• Experience in equipment monitoring, data analysis and presenting findings.
• Proactive attitude, sense of responsibility and high proficiency in spoken and written English.
