Digital Experience Lead

About the role

Adyen is seeking a product and marketing leader to own the lifecycle of its public web properties and self‑service demo tool. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Marketing, you will drive demand generation, conversion optimisation and internal adoption across the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global roadmap for adyen.com, its sub‑domains and the demo tool, aligning development with commercial priorities.
• Lead a team of four product managers and one product designer, setting expectations, development plans and a high‑performance culture.
• Transform the public website into a demand‑generation engine, championing experimentation, A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
• Increase demo‑tool adoption across internal teams by improving self‑serve functionality and supporting various sales use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering, creative studio, brand, product marketing, digital marketing and demand generation to establish scalable ways of working.
• Maintain and optimise the MarTech stack for web and demo experiences, ensuring performance, data integrity and seamless CMS, translation and tracking integration.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management and marketing experience, preferably in fintech, with at least 3 years of people‑management experience.
• Proven track record managing B2B websites that drive revenue through journey optimisation, conversion improvements and digital performance.
• Strong data literacy, using web analytics to extract insights, measure web vitals and report impact to marketing and commercial teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, building trust and aligning global cross‑functional teams.
• Leadership presence: confident, empathetic, calm under pressure, able to navigate ambiguity and communicate decisions clearly.
