Digital Product Builder

About the role

Aquablu is looking for a Digital Product Builder to own a slice of its digital portfolio end‑to‑end. You will run discovery, decide what to build, ship features with AI agents and measure outcomes, operating independently without needing direction.

Key responsibilities

• Own digital product surfaces from problem definition to shipped feature and measured outcome.
• Conduct discovery with users, clients and internal teams, turning ambiguity into clear, prioritized problem statements.
• Prototype with AI in hours and ship in days, using AI agents for specs, code, testing and iteration.
• Align stakeholders—from leadership to end‑users—ensuring they are informed and supportive.
• Model full‑loop product management for the builder group, raising the overall PM bar.
• Define and track success metrics such as usage, retention and adoption for each feature.

Required profile

• Proven product management experience delivering live products that users rely on.
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship products with AI agents as primary collaborators.
• Strong product judgment under ambiguity, able to structure vague problems and make decisions without waiting for detailed specs.
• Technical fluency to code with AI assistance, even if not formally an engineer.
• Excellent communication with users, engineers and leadership, adapting the message to the audience.
• Fast learner who adopts new tools quickly and ships under uncertainty.
