Distribution and Partnerships Lead, Wealth Management

About the role

Reporting to the Commercial Leader for Wealth Management, you will drive assets under management and revenue growth across Europe by building relationships with private banks, wealth managers, multi‑family offices and other financial intermediaries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and target prospects across private banks, wealth managers, multi‑family offices and other financial intermediaries.
• Develop and grow relationships across public and private markets.
• Establish strategic partnerships to expand existing distribution channels.
• Collaborate with investment and proposition teams to ensure a competitive offering.
• Generate leads, manage pipelines and support commercial sales across Europe.
• Represent Mercer’s investment capabilities at external events and within the Marsh McLennan network.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading relationships and sales with private banks or wealth managers.
• Deep understanding of the institutional investment landscape and both public and private markets.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple jurisdictions and influence stakeholders.
• Highly disciplined, proactive and results‑driven.
• Degree educated; industry qualifications such as IMC or CFA are advantageous.

Required skills

• Knowledge of investment solutions for wealth management.
• Familiarity with public and private market products.
