Distribution Sales Manager - Dutch Speaking

About the role

ConnectWise is seeking a Distribution Sales Manager who is fluent in English and Dutch to lead and grow relationships with authorized distributors across the EMEA region. The role focuses on driving indirect revenue growth through strategic engagement, joint business planning, and ensuring distributors can successfully recruit, support, and expand MSP partners on the ConnectWise platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end distributor relationship, covering strategic, commercial, and operational aspects.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for distributor performance within ConnectWise.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with distributor leadership.
• Define distributor strategy, coverage models, and investment priorities.
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and joint planning cadences.
• Align distributors with ConnectWise’s MSP‑first strategy and platform vision.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure coordinated go‑to‑market execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing distributor or channel relationships in the technology sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving indirect revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills at executive level.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
