Driver & Warehouse Operative

About the role

As a Driver & Warehouse Operative you will keep Vintage's Netherlands operations connected by moving stock, equipment, supplies and colleagues safely and efficiently between sites and local transport hubs. The role combines on‑road driving with hands‑on warehouse tasks, ensuring that items arrive at the right place at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Drive safely between sites, transporting stock, equipment and supplies.
• Transport colleagues between local hubs and company sites.
• Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation and adapt to traffic and operational changes.
• Load, unload and secure boxes, stock and equipment, ensuring careful handling.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and keep vehicles clean and ready for use.
• Maintain organized and safe warehouse and logistics areas.
• Complete transport schedules, vehicle checks and required records accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence and a safe driving record.
• Physical ability to load and unload boxes and equipment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing operational priorities.
• Ability to work independently while driving and collaborate with on‑site teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GPS navigation tools.
• Vehicle inspection and safety check procedures.
