Dutch Language Trainer

About the role

TransPerfect Language & Cultural Training is seeking a Dutch Language Trainer to join its Amsterdam team. You will deliver high‑quality Dutch language classes to corporate and individual clients, adapting content to diverse cultural backgrounds.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective training sessions.
• Develop complementary course materials tailored to learners’ needs.
• Assess language proficiency levels and create appropriate language content.
• Engage learners, maintain motivation, and monitor progress throughout the course.
• Evaluate learners’ performance and provide feedback.
• Apply TransPerfect’s teaching methodology and adjust lessons for different cultural learning styles.
• Participate in trainer development programmes and additional training offered by the company.

Required profile

• Native or native‑level proficiency in Dutch.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of experience teaching Dutch.
