Enterprise Strategy Internship

About the role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work within Philips' experienced Enterprise Strategy team, contributing to global‑scale strategy analysis and formulation. You will support businesses, markets and solution spaces while gaining exposure to high‑pressure projects and independent work.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the strategy team on deep‑dive projects such as market sizing, growth and go‑to‑market strategies, and acquisition target evaluation.
• Collect and analyse market insights through desk research, customer surveys, and stakeholder interviews, and compile findings into strategy reports.
• Support the end‑to‑end connection between businesses, markets, functions and execution teams by applying systematic, lean processes.
• Contribute to non‑project activities that improve team performance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (MSc) in Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare, Science or Engineering with a strong academic record.
• Genuine interest in strategy and execution, highly analytical mindset and strong drive.
• Ability to work in multicultural teams and handle high‑pressure environments.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and availability for 40 hours per week.

What we offer

• Monthly gross allowance of €500–€700 (pro‑rated for part‑time).
• Housing compensation up to €300 net per month for relocation near Amsterdam.
• Travel compensation up to €192 net if public transport card is not provided.
