ESG/CSRD Reporting Internship (HR)

About the role

Join Philips' Enterprise People Strategy team as an ESG/CSRD Reporting Intern. You will support the end‑to‑end reporting cycle for People‑related ESG metrics, helping the company meet its sustainability and compliance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection, consolidation and validation of ESG data across People teams and external auditors.
• Track timelines, deliverables and dependencies to ensure timely, audit‑ready submissions for CSRD and the annual report.
• Assist in preparing People‑related ESG disclosures, performing quality checks and ensuring consistency with internal narratives.
• Support ad‑hoc ESG reporting activities, maintain documentation and identify opportunities to automate processes.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master in Business, Economics, Sustainability, HR, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong interest in ESG, sustainability or corporate reporting.
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Proactive, eager to learn and comfortable working in an international, dynamic environment.

What we offer

• Monthly full‑time allowance of €500‑€700 gross (pro‑rated for part‑time).
• Housing compensation of €300 net (or €255 net for other Philips locations) when relocating near Amsterdam.
• Travel compensation up to €192 net depending on location.
• Paid holidays during the internship term.
