Finance Associate Manager

About the role

Barilla is seeking a Finance Associate Manager for its CBOO unit in Amsterdam. The role supports the Chief Business Operations Officer by delivering high‑quality financial insight, coordinating performance processes across regions and categories, and contributing to Revenue Growth Management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Publish weekly volume and net‑sales estimates, manage monthly commentaries and maintain a dynamic performance report for CBOO.
• Monitor cost‑center performance, support budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning cycles.
• Facilitate alignment between Group Controlling, Regional Finance and Category Finance, and prepare presentations for senior leadership.
• Lead RGM tracking, consolidate P&L bridge reporting, and govern the global RGM measurement methodology.
• Conduct ad‑hoc RGM analyses to identify cross‑market growth opportunities and support company‑wide strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 4‑7 years of experience in controlling, project management and data analytics, preferably in a matrix, international environment.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, solution‑oriented with strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Financial modelling and P&L expertise.
• Data integration across EPM, Power BI and other finance systems.
• Scenario planning and cost‑center performance monitoring.
• Experience with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) or commercial finance is a plus.
