Fleet Manager (Wagenparkbeheerder)

About the role

Terberg, a group of independent companies in the installation technology sector including Terberg Totaal Installaties, is looking for a fleet manager in IJsselstein. You will be responsible for the entire vehicle fleet, from the mechanics' work bus to the management's lease car, and work closely with HR and the administration. The position requires at least 32 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete fleet and its administration
• Handle vehicle issue and return procedures
• Register and deal with damage claims
• Manage fuel cards, mileage records and vehicle data
• Contact leasing companies, garages, suppliers and drivers
• Plan and monitor maintenance and inspections
• Control costs and flag deviations
• Answer colleagues' questions about their company cars

Required profile

• At least MBO level education
• Good communication with colleagues, drivers, suppliers and leasing companies
• Numerical accuracy, attention to detail and initiative
• Service-minded and cost-conscious
• Planning, organisation and quick thinking
